- “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing, purchasing, or engaging with Skillmyze content.
- “Community Promoters” refers to users who share, recommend, or talk about Skillmyze in any capacity, online or offline.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of Skillmyze signifies that you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to any part of the terms, please do not access or use the platform.

3. Eligibility

- You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform independently.
- If you are under 18, you must access the platform under the supervision of a legal guardian.
- By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into contracts.

4. Account Registration

- Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited.

5. Access & Course Usage

- Upon successful purchase, users are granted lifetime access to their enrolled courses unless otherwise stated.
- Course content is intended strictly for personal educational use.
- You may not:
a. Copy, reproduce, or resell any course or part of it.
b. Share login details with others.
c. Download or circulate videos, PDFs, or internal materials.
Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of access without refund and possible legal consequences.

6. Pricing & Payments

- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
- Payments are processed via third-party gateways. We do not store any card or banking details.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

- Users may request a 100% refund within 24 hours of course purchase.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email with the registered email ID and transaction ID.
- After 24 hours, no refunds will be entertained under any condition.
- Refunds, once approved, are processed within 5–7 business days and are subject to:
a. 2% payment gateway deduction
b. 5% internal processing fee

8. Community Ethics & Promotional Guidelines

Skillmyze maintains a clean and ethical platform. We expect users — especially those who mention, recommend, or talk about Skillmyze publicly — to follow community norms:
- Avoid exaggerating course results, income claims, or false expectations.
- Do not use Skillmyze logos, names, or content in advertisements, videos, or promotions without written permission.
- Do not present yourself as a representative of Skillmyze without authorization.
- No impersonation, baiting, or unauthorized communication is allowed.
Violation may result in access restrictions, denial of service, and blacklisting from future use.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

- All content on the platform — videos, scripts, PDFs, designs, branding, and communication — is the exclusive property of Skillmyze Private Limited.
- Unauthorized use, distribution, or reuse of content may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

10. User Conduct & Platform Restrictions

Users must not:
- Upload or distribute viruses, spam, or malicious content.
- Interfere with the website’s functionality.
- Reverse engineer or scrape platform data.
- Use the platform in violation of any local or international laws.
Skillmyze may suspend or terminate such accounts without notice.

11. Third-Party Services

Skillmyze may integrate tools like Google Forms, YouTube, Calendly, or WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their privacy, data practices, or availability.

12. Privacy & Data Security

- Skillmyze collects minimal user data — including email, name, and device activity — to improve platform experience.
- We do not share or sell your personal information.

13. Testimonials & Public Content Use

By submitting reviews or testimonials, you authorize Skillmyze to publish your feedback (first name and city only) in public promotional material, unless otherwise opted out by email.

14. Termination of Access

Skillmyze reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate access for any user who violates these terms, commits fraud, or misuses platform features.

15. Force Majeure

Skillmyze shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Internet outages
- Government regulations
- Third-party failures

16. Limitation of Liability

- Skillmyze does not guarantee income, job placement, or success.
- Your results depend on personal effort and market conditions.
- The platform is offered “as is”, without any warranty.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

17. Grievance Redressal

If you face an issue not resolved via support, contact our grievance officer at: grievance@skillmyze.com We will respond within 7 business days.

18. Amendments

Skillmyze reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
